- Trust our specialists—feel free to ask for advice on which treatment to choose. Let us know your expectations and wishes so that you are satisfied with the results.
- When selecting a treatment or massage, please inform us if you are pregnant, breastfeeding, have allergies, injuries, or have recently undergone surgery. Please provide all relevant information, as not all procedures are suitable for everyone.
- If you are currently experiencing cold symptoms, have a fever, or have recently been ill, we recommend postponing your treatment.
- Please arrive 10–15 minutes before your appointment. Disposable underwear will be provided by the specialist. If you prefer, you may keep your own underwear on, but please be aware that it may get stained with cosmetic products.
- If you are running late for your appointment, please notify us by phone. Unfortunately, if you arrive late, we will have to shorten your treatment time.
- Upon arrival, take a moment to relax—this time is dedicated to your well-being.
- Our staff will welcome you at the reception and guide you to the treatment room. If you wish, the specialist will explain the procedure, its benefits, and duration.
- Do not be surprised if the specialist asks you a few questions about your health condition—this is necessary to ensure that the treatment is suitable for you.
- We recommend removing any jewelry before the procedure to avoid delays in the treatment room.
- Please do not bring electronic devices (mobile phones, tablets, laptops, etc.) into the massage room. Dedicate this time to yourself and your relaxation.
- We do not recommend undergoing treatment on an empty stomach or immediately after eating, as it may cause discomfort. Have a light snack at least an hour before your appointment.
- Massage services cannot be provided if you have consumed alcohol. We apologize, but alcohol and massages are not compatible. We reserve the right to refuse treatment if you are under the influence of alcohol. This is for your health and safety.
- In cases of certain skin or nail conditions, the specialist may refuse to perform the procedure.
- Avoid shaving or waxing on the same day, especially if you plan to have a body scrub treatment or visit a sauna.
- We recommend arriving for facial treatments without makeup.
- Massages and other body and facial treatments are performed on bare skin; however, areas not being treated will be covered with towels and sheets.
- If anything bothers you during the treatment—room temperature, music, massage pressure—please inform our specialists. We want to ensure that your experience is flawless.
- Please do not leave children unattended in the massage area. You are responsible for their safety.
- After the procedure, take your time—slowly get up from the massage table and inform us if you feel unwell. Our specialists will escort you back to the reception or relaxation area, offer tea or water, and allow you to enjoy the benefits of your treatment in peace.

CANCELLATION / RESCHEDULING
- If you have a cold, fever, or feel unwell, we advise postponing your appointment.
- Please inform us of cancellations at least 24 hours in advance.
- If you fail to notify us on time, the gift voucher (if used) will be considered redeemed.
- If you book a massage or any other treatment, you may cancel it free of charge at least 4 hours before your appointment. If you cancel late, a cancellation fee of 70% of the treatment cost will apply.
